GPS is pleased to announce the new "Rewards Referrals" Program!

Under this exciting new program, a Rewards Referral Agent can earn 10% of the Loss Mitigation Fee for any
new client they refer to GPS
after October 15, 2008 who does the following:
1) has their Application Approved by GPS
2) Pays their Processing Fee
3) Agrees to the Approval Terms offered by their Lender (ie the deal closes successfully).

When a referred client completes these two steps, the Rewards Referral Agent will then receive their Rewards Referral
payment within 14 business days after the deal is closed.

Rewards Referrals are paid regardless of whether or not the workout option requested by the client later gets approved or
closes. Thus, Rewards Referral Agents are able to earn immediate income, simply for generating a client referral to GPS!

Rewards Referrals FAQ's

Q. Who is eligible to earn a Rewards Referral?
A. Mortgage Brokers, Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Attorneys, Realtors (unless you are an agent who is also receiving a real estate commission
from the closing), friends of a property owner, and just about anyone who is not the actual owner of the property (banks will not allow a
property owner to receive compensation during a workout process).

Q. What action is needed to qualify as the Rewards Referral Agent?
A. The Referral Agent has to be specifically named by the property owner on the owner's GPS Application for Assistance Form.
--this requires a full name and an email contact info so GPS can confirm your information.
--to confirm your referral, you'll need to provide GPS with your mailing address so we can mail your check to you.
--Rewards Referrals MUST be noted on the owner's GPS Application for Assistance - they are not eligible once Application is made, if the
Rewards Referrals Agent is not listed on the form.
--The owner's application must be approved by GPS.
--The owner must pay their Processing Fees to GPS.
--The owner must agree to the Approval Terms offered by their Lender (ie the deal must actually close).

Q. How is payment made?
A. Payment is made via GPS-company check after closing. Payments can be made in bulk, so if you bring in multiple referrals, you'll get one
large check vs multiple smaller checks.

Q. What is my relationship with GPS?
A. Rewards Referrals Agents have NO Relationship or Affiliation with GPS as a result of their Rewards Referral. All Rewards Referral Agents
are independent people engaged in his/her own separate business pursuits. They are not to be considered purchasers of a franchise, nor
does any agreement or payment between GPS and a Referral Agent create an employer/employee relationship, agency, partnership, or
joint venture. Rewards Referrals Agents are strictly prohibited from stating or implying, whether orally or in writing that their relationship is
any other than as outlined above. Each Referral Agent shall hold GPS harmless from any claims, damages or liabilities arising out of a client
they refer to GPS. Rewards Referral Agents have no authority to bind GPS to any obligation, force GPS to accept any client, or take any
action that is not in the best interest of GPS, as determined by GPS.

Q. What is the GPS Limitation of Damages Policy?
A. To the extent allowed by law, GPS and its officers, directors, employees, partners and other GPS personnel shall not be liable for loss of
profit, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, which may arise out of any claim whatsoever relating to GPS performance,
non-performance, act or omission with respect to the business relationship or other matter between the Referral Agent and GPS,
whether sounding in contract, tort or strict liability. Therefore, all Referral Agent hereby release GPS and its officers, directors, employees,
partners and other GPS Personnel from, and waives any claim for, loss of profit, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages,
which may arise out of any claim whatsoever relating to GPS performance, non-performance, act or omission with respect to the business
relationship or other matter between the Referral Agent and GPS whether sounding in contract, tort or strict liability.
