Brian Smith: VP - Loss Mitigation

For Brian, this is the core of what GPS is all about - helping people find solutions to real, potentially crippling property problems.
And Brian knows first hand the kind of hardships that some people are going through -- because he experienced it himself! "I know
from personal experience that there IS hope! And I want to show you that GPS can point YOU in the right direction - to a place of
resolution and to a new beginning! My Loss Mitigation Team will strive to help you do just that!"
A graduate of the US Air Force Academy, military pilot, and war veteran, Brian and his family have lived and served all across the
USA. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and a Master's in Analytical Mathematics before becoming a full time pilot. After
being furloughed from American Airlines, Brian got involved in real estate investing and rehabbing. He later became licensed as a
Florida Realtor. Besides his involvement in multiple real estate ventures, Brian is an active member of Idlewild Baptist Church, enjoys
golf, tennis, fishing, camping, and other family activities.

MICHAEL STOPPA: VP - Operations
"I'm not just an owner, I'm also a client!" That's what Michael once said about GPS, because, like many others, Michael too once
found himself sitting on a home that became an urgent property hardship. "I got involved in a failed real estate investment. I needed
to know my options. It turns out I needed someone to negotiate a short sale for me." And so entered Brian Smith!
Michael helped Brian co-found Genesis Property Solutions in an effort to help others find solutions to their own property problems.
"More often than not, we find that homeowners get stuck and don't know what to do. They need to work with someone who not
only knows how to help them, but who has also walked a mile in their shoes. I've been there. I know all about the stress and
heartache. I also know there are ways to get a fresh start! That's what GPS is all about."
As the VP of Operations, Michael functions mostly behind the scenes - ensuring the business runs efficiently and ever seeking
opportunities to provide more value to clients. Born and raised in PA, Michael earned a degree in business from Loyola College in
MD, then migrated to FL in the early 90's. As an owner/landlord of multiple properties, Michael is passionate about real estate and is
constantly seeking deals that are "win-win" for all parties involved. Among his other pursuits, Michael enjoys family time, as well as
writing, physical fitness, meditation, and providing Christian Fellowship to others.

Tom is a Loss Mitigation Representative and Training Team Leader with GPS. Tom has extensive experience with real estate and is a
retired military officer/aviator (USN/USCG). He was also a licensed realtor in the state of Virginia. As a Team Leader of Loss
Mitigation with GPS, his primary duties include training and mentoring loss mitigation personnel. In addition, Tom also actively assists
GPS clients in finding solutions to their property problems.
Tom is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has done graduate work at both USF and the University of
Tampa. Although he has been all over the world, he has spent most of his life in Jacksonville and Tampa, Florida. He enjoys playing
golf and tennis, and traveling around Europe.

problems. In addition, Dave is also licensed mortgage broker for Superior Home Mortgage - giving him invaluable insights into the
mortgage industry that he employs to better negotiate on behalf of his GPS clients. He has over 25 years of experience in Real Estate
Financing and Sales, as well as a BS in Finance/Marketing with a minor in Economics.
Originally from MD, he's lived in Tampa for the past 17 years. Currently he lives on the beach in St Petersburg, Fl and wouldn't trade
his lifestyle for a minute for anything else. "When you can wake up to the Sunrise, and listen to the calming waves as you drift off to
sleep, what more could you ask for?"

Mark is a Loss Mitigation Coordinator with GPS. His desire and goal is to help others save their homes. He is a real estate broker and
instructor, mortgage broker and investor with a background in civil engineering and property management. He has over 30 years of
experience in real estate negotiations. He speaks English, French, Italian, Greek and Arabic.
Mark is proud of his Greek heritage. He moved from Canada some years past and now enjoys living in Tampa. His interests include
spending time with his family, painting, traveling and reading.

Born in GA, she grew up overseas in Thailand while her father was in the military. Her family later settled in Tampa and she been here
ever since. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her 2 yorkies.
